Carabella Mistake Block

Mistake Block offers us a three barrel blend in 2019. One barrel inoculated with our usual yeast selection showcases a dark, sultry plum and earth character. The other two were inoculated with different yeast mimicking native strains, bring more complexity, berry fruit and a bit of floral aromatic we haven’t seen in previous vintages.
