The 2010 Cervantes fits that bill even better because the extremely cool 2010 growing season kept the grapes from getting too ripe. A blend of 50% Cab, 35% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot and 6% Malbec, the wine brims with aromas of cherry cola, cigar box and espresso.
