Cobalto Reposado

Nose: Cinnamon & cloves, vanilla & butterscotch, minerals, a cedar and pine nuance with some pleasantly interesting butyric acid notes that recede as it opens up. Flavor: Kicky cinnamon and black pepper, almond and vanilla. Rich agave, honey like sweetness and mouth feel. Caramel with just a touch of bitters. Finish: Pepper heat, barrel spice, a bit of oak and caramel goodness make for a more than adequate finish.
