Doc Swinson’s Bossa Nova

Bossa Nova starts with a wonderful base: a blend of 2 MGP mash bills (a 36% rye & a 21% rye). After spending 5 years in American oak, this expression was finished in exotic Brazilian amburana casks, imparting the bourbon with cinnamon and spice notes.
