This selection is made up of 100% Jacquere, vinified in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness. It’s medium-bodied, with notes of juicy pear, lemon zest, and white flowers, with a slight minerality to the finish. Drink with shellfish dishes or a semi-hard cheese like Beaufort or Comte.
