Growing the wines on north-facing slopes gives incredible freshness, minerality and elegance to the Marsanne grape comparable to Hermitage white. The Roussanne develops aromas of verbena, citronnella and honeysuckle. The addition of 10% Chardonnay is like the equivalent of adding salt and pepper to a dish to make it perfect.
