Fruit for this White Burg comes from two north-facing and one south-facing parcel in Auxey- Duresses. Weighty flavors of green apple, chamomile tea, white blossoms, and lemon zest dominate the wine’s textured and lengthy palate. Only 375 cases are produced annually.
