Hasu Yellow Lotus Junmai

Made with Gohyakumangoku sake rice from Toyama Prefecture and underground water from the Tateyama Mountain Range. When you put it inyour mouth, the gorgeous rice flavor spreads out and the aftertastelingers for a long time.

It goes especially well with fish dishes. We also recommend pairing it with lean meat dishes. Carefully brewed to be enjoyed chilled and refreshing.
