Roger & Didier Raimbult Sancerre

Opens generously textured while still bright and lightly poised. It has a perfumed character as well as green fruits, plenty of acidity and a zesty aftertaste. A fine wine with a wonderfully fresh attack, with the intense aromatic strength of very ripe fruit. A wonderful length and minerality on the palate. Pairs with  prawns, asparagus sautéed with black pepper, mussels in white white, anything with goat cheese.
