Made with spontaneous fermentation and aged on the lees. This is beautiful example of a Sancerre wine, showing minerality and restrained fruit, making it an ideal food-friendly white wine. Nose: Tender and delicate. Fine and fruity. Grapefruit and orange aromas. Taste: Frank, fresh and supple attack. Balanced palate, on the fruit. Citrus notes. Nice finish.
