Tilth Cabernet Sauvignon

In barrel, the fruit from Star Vineyard exuded a mix of dark berries, leather, baking spices and silky tannins, while the South Napa fruit offered nuances of chocolate-covered coffee beans and hints of tobacco with structured tannins and bright acidity. Blended together, the wine offers notes of blackberries, blueberries and currants, layered with touches of tobacco, tea leaf and cocoa spice. Fine tannins and energized acidity lead to a lively mouthfeel with a long finish.
